WELS Scheme Review – Discussion Paper released 8 April 2010

The Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) scheme has been in operation for five years and is now due for mandatory review under the terms of its legislation: the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005.   More about the review
